Order Information

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website by checking out as a guest or creating an online account with us. Please note that we are unable to ship to customers outside the US at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay

What is your return policy?

Can I change or cancel my order?

The order process begins when you click on the submit order button in the checkout. We are unable to modify an order once it is submitted.

We will gladly cancel your order if it has not been processed.

Where is my order?

To view your order status, you must be logged in. If you are not already logged in, click on the "Account" button at the top right of the page and enter your email address and password in the appropriate fields.

Once you've logged into your account, you'll be able to view the status of your order.

Shipment Information

If I place my order today, when will it ship?

We generally ship orders within 48 hours of placement of the order, Monday - Friday. Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days, depending on your location and barring complications such as adverse weather conditions or shipping delays as noted.

What is the cost to ship my order?

We offer Flat Rate Shipping of $10.95 on all orders under $49.00.

Orders of $49.00 or more ship FREE!*

*Order value is calculated based on pretax subtotal after any discounts and promotions are applied.

Do you ship orders to international addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products to customers residing in countries outside the US at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
