Our shipping facility is located in the United States. Standard shipping time to addresses in the contiguous United States is 5-10 business days, depending on proximity to our facility.

Our facility will be closed in observance of U.S. national holidays, which may delay order processing. Eureka is not responsible for order delays due to carriers or inclement weather.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to customers residing in Alaska, Hawaii, other U.S. territories, and countries outside the U.S. at this time.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 48 hours of order placement, Monday through Friday.

APO and FPO Addresses

We use USPS to ship orders to U.S. military addresses. Enter the recipient's full name and address as usual and as State, select: Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, or Armed Forces Pacific. For deliveries to Africa, select Armed Forces Europe.

Military addresses use the domestic U.S. shipping rates in the chart above.
